The option screen of BeTooth™ gives the user control over the volume of the music and sound effects, enabling or disabling automatic hint for prolonged time without a move, selecting which teeth type will be used in the game (molars, pre-molars, canines, incisors) and which numbering system will be covered in the game (Universal, International, or Palmer Notation).
